Taco Lasagna

This is a great recipe! I even added some black beans to the layers. This was very tasty and I also used the flour tortillas which worked out great! Will definitely be making again!

Coconut Ice Cream

I made this with the called ingredients, but I did try to use the blender to break up the coconut before I put it in the ice cream maker. This didn't work for me so the ice cream had the flakes of coconut throughout. I think this ice cream had a great flavor, but I will try Elzira's advice next time about using coconut extract and sweetend condensed milk only because I would prefer the smooth texture!

Banana Muffins I

Was a good recipe, used 1/2 white and 1/2 wheat flour, splenda for the sugar and egg whites out of a box and it turned out well! Definitely a good way to use up old bananas

Cream Cheese Corn

I received alot of compliments and people asking for the recipe! I followed the recipe and added 1 small can of chiles, next time I think I may add 1 more. This is quick and great if you need something for a potluck

Baked Corn Casserole

I'd say this is a take it or leave it kinda dish...not bad but I didn't think it was excellent! I didn't do the onion rings on top since I took it for work and they would've been soggy by then, but I don't feel they would've added a whole lot!

THIS IS A GREAT SIDE DISH AND IT DEFINITELY NEEDS THE SALT ADDED! I WILL MAKE THIS AGAIN COULD BE GREAT WITH SOME PEPPER JACK CHEESE INSTEAD OF CHEDDAR!

Awesome Broccoli Marinara

I really love this recipe! My store doesn't carry the specified can of tomatoes so I used the tomatoes w/garlic,basil and oregano. This was fast, had great taste and healthy too. Will definitely make this again soon!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole IV

I precooked the chicken breasts,then cut into chunks. I also used about fresh broccoli, about 1 1/2 crowns and used about 1/4 cup diced onion. This is a recipe that can really be changed up and still turn out great!

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I wasn't overly wowed by this, like it's missing something, maybe some garlic. I did do the 1/2 mayo, 1/2 sour cream tip and used fiesta cheese instead of the monterrey jack. I also use fresh spinach as I can't stand messing with the frozen kind...so maybe it's my mistake adding the changes!

Artichoke Dip I

This was very good, I followed Angela M's suggestion and used the cream of celery soup instead of may. I used the 98% fat free kind. I will definitely try the reduced sodium next time, with all that cheese I think it could use a little less salt. I really think next time I may add some red bell pepper, think that would be tasty in this!

London Broil for the Slow Cooker

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

just wasn't impressed.....I added the chiles, black beans, doubled the sour cream, but I just felt it was bland. I took this to a potluck and did have compliments, but for myself I probably won't make this again.

Garlic Creamed Chicken

I totally loved this! I used fat free cream cheese,light sour cream and the lighter mushroom soup and it was soooo good. I halved the recipe but still used 2 cloves of garlic. Wished I would've made some mashed potatoes cause the gravy is awesome! Will deffinitely make again!
