Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

I took the suggestions of using half and half and Ritz crackers on top. Turned out great, even seemed to get better as it set. Will definitely make this again, was very easy to put together!

Low-Fat Potato Soup

I loved this recipe, it was so easy and exceeded my expectations. The only difference was I used regular chicken broth since I couldn't find the low-sodium kind.

This was pretty good, although I think there should've been some kind of dipping sauce to go with it, maybe sweet and sour! They did turn out very fluffy though.

Creamy Cheese Bread

I really like this, but I had miracle whip light on hand so I used this instead. It was a little bit tangy, still really good but will definitely try the mayo next time to get the full effect.

I followed everyones suggestions about waiting til the end to add the sauce on top and it was delicious! I also sprinkled a bunch of the cheese in the sauce that was used underneath the chicken, it added some extra gooeyness that was great! I will definitely be making this again!

Garlic Creamed Chicken

I totally loved this! I used fat free cream cheese,light sour cream and the lighter mushroom soup and it was soooo good. I halved the recipe but still used 2 cloves of garlic. Wished I would've made some mashed potatoes cause the gravy is awesome! Will deffinitely make again!

Wow this is really thick and creamy! Has a great cinnamon taste to it! Definitely would make a day before you want to eat it. Mine took all night to freeze!

No Bake Cookies III

These are just too good! Followed others suggestion of only using 1 1/2 cups sugar and boiling the mixture for 2 minutes instead of 1 and this came out perfect! I will definitely make these again!

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

I used egg whites for the eggs and applesauce for the oil and they turned out great, the apples were nice and soft! A great recipe to use up extra pumpkin.

Awesome Broccoli Marinara

I really love this recipe! My store doesn't carry the specified can of tomatoes so I used the tomatoes w/garlic,basil and oregano. This was fast, had great taste and healthy too. Will definitely make this again soon!

Cheesy Rosemary Potatoes

THIS IS A GREAT SIDE DISH AND IT DEFINITELY NEEDS THE SALT ADDED! I WILL MAKE THIS AGAIN COULD BE GREAT WITH SOME PEPPER JACK CHEESE INSTEAD OF CHEDDAR!
