My baby's and I
About this Cook
I'm a humble homemaker. I enjoy praying, smiling, laughing, loving, and most of all... cooking. My family is the most important thing to me, and I feel it is my duty to provide, if nothing else, delicious food to season their blessed day's. Many people say they are "self-taught"... For me, however, I am grateful to many experts that help you feel confident in your own kitchen. For me these experts became teacher's... and I will forever pay that forward. I truly believe that good food can spread love and happiness.
My favorite things to cook
Big family meals... Special occasion dessert's... Simple sweet treats... I love to make my own rubs, glazes, marinades and gravy/au jus... I'm a big vegetable lover, but can't resist meat either! :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
Grilling... Camp fire roasting... Smoking... We like to use beer a lot...
My cooking triumphs
The one thing I got the most rave reviews from was a mint-chocolate, angel food, Ice cream cake that I made for my daughter's 5th birthday party...
My cooking tragedies
OMG... Well, I have cooked a rotisserie chicken with the plastic wrap still on!!!! lolololololol Many others, trust. :p

No Time to Cook Chicken
This sounds like a simple base recipe... So I assume you could go in many different directions from here. Thank you for giving me a place to start. I just threw in three boneless chicken breasts seasoned with garlic powder, Onion powder, smoked paprika, and a dash of kosher salt. Next I mixed the cream of celery and cream of chicken with a splash of 2% milk and set it aside while I chopped my vegetables. Fresh white button mushroom, green pepper, red pepper, and garden fresh tomatoes all look beautiful together... I hope it will taste as good as it looks! Guess I'll have to run to the store for some sour cream though, huh?
