Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

I found this cake to be too moist and oily even when I only used 3/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup apple sauce. My husband raved though and said he thought it was one of the best he's had and requested it again.....

Dad's Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

I really did not care for this pie; pumpkin pie is my favorite and I was excited to try this new twist, but I was disapointed. It is ok if it is all eaten right away, but after a few hours the cookies get soggy and makes the pie taste nasty.

Banana Pumpkin Bread

BLAH...this was very bland. I didn't really have a problem with the cooking time like the other reviewers, but it was not a very good tasting recipe. The banana and the pumpkin do seem to cancel each other out. Not even 14 of the loaf got eaten.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

WOW! My husband and I ate the whole pie in less than 24 hours...it is embarrassing but true. This is the BEST pumpkin pie ever; it beckons you to come back to the fridge for piece after piece.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Yummy and SO easy!! I used Fat Free cream cheese (so the filling was fat free) and it turned out wonderfully. I also used a regular pie crust, because I had it on hand, it made it taste more like a creamy pumkin pie and less like a cheese cake, but it was still great.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Yummy!! I made this with medium pace salsa and I only used 1 tsp. of chili seasoning and it was HOT. The kids ate it but said it was too hot. It was Really esay...I was in a hurry so I only simmered it for 20 minutes, and it still turned out great.

Deviled Crab
