Creamy Curried Scrambled Eggs

Very good. I had the soft cheese with onion and chive so did not add shallot. Because my cheese was soft to begin with, I used less. Next time I will use more. It was really good; just finished eating!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This was a big hit, minus one problem; the sausage pieces were too large and detracted from the other flavors. Will make again and take time to make minuscule pieces of sausage. Also used fresh rosemary since I have a large bush.

Corn Casserole I

I made this for Thanksgiving and took to Potluck. So many raves about it; my friend said she had to have the recipe, so I gave her the one I printed out. My betrothed is still raving; we had it last night cold. I did not put the entire amount of cheese in it but will next time. Will be making it for Christmas.

Eggy Veggie Bake

I have been doing something like this for years. However, I do not cook the vegetables first. They are going to be in the oven cooking; I don't like soft veggies. I spray individual glass bowls and add my veggies then pour eggs and grated cheese over top. These can also be cooked in the microwave very slowly. Any vegetables you like and experiment with different cheeses!

Salisbury Steak

This sounds like a good recipe by the ingredients; however, you have taken away a key ingredient for your gravy. The flour should be used to make a roux, then put in the ketchup and so on. I have been cooking and experimenting for 33years; try this.

Potato Latkes I

Since many others have offered changes; the first recipe I saw years ago for Latkes called for equal amounts of potato and onion, and to keep them in cold water until all grated. Sorry, don't recall the amount of egg.

Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

I made a recipe like this Many years ago, but the layers were the opposite; with the pumpkin on the bottom, you probably would not find it so hard to set. Also, your topping is already there.

Green Grog

I had to change something about Green Grog while I was at the store. Not liking carbonated drinks, I used ice-water instead. Thought it tasted great once the sherbet started melting; cut the lemon/limeade citrus bite down considerably. Two Thumbs Up.

Garden Fresh Salad

This turned out alright once I added more mayo, and used dijon mustard.(tried a little of two other mustards, but not good) Also, think this needs to be "cool" not cold when you eat it.

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes

Thought this was terrific! Light, like others said; did not add the full amount of garlic, but did put in about 1/3 onion. Used red pepper instead of flakes.
