Real Sopapillas
Seriously ... it's this easy?? Why did I not know this years ago?? Followed recipe exactly. They puffed up and everything. Just make sure the oil is 375 as the recipe says. Thanks so much for this recipe. You've made myself and my family very, very happy :))

Baked Beans II
Made this recipe for a cookout, and received nothing but rave reviews. I used a bit more onion and bacon, but I also added another can of beans. I still used 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. mustard and 1/4 c. ketchup. This one is a keeper!!

Terrific Turkey Chili
Seriously fabulous chili!! I even shared it via Facebook!! LOVED the veggies -- didn't miss the beef one single iota!! Used ground extra lean turkey breast, didn't use even close to as much oil as was suggested and added rinsed kidney beans. Would be good with an avocado garnish, but I didn't have any. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!! This will be my "go to" chili from now on!!
