Easy! Many roast recipes for crock pot require browning first, which to me removes the ease of crock pot cooking...one pot, a knife, a cutting board, 10 minutes - done. Husband and 4 year old son loved it. Cooked 6 hours and it was very tender.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Super great recipe! Easy to make, and tasty and juicy. I did not have italian dressing, so I added 1 tsp of dried oregeno. 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp molasses, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 strip of bacon.

Winter Lentil Vegetable Soup

I was suprised at how good this soup was. I did not add the sugar, but did cook with a package of skinless, boneless chicken thighs, which shredded easily into the soup when it was done. Very hearty!
