Cornbread Pancakes

I really loved this recipe. I have a bunch of cornmeal that I need to use and this was a perfect way. I actually made waffles instead of pancakes. i took the advice of another person on the list by adding vinegar to regular milk to sour it. Yummmmy

Magpie's Easy Falafel Cakes

I love this recipe, it so easy and tastes very good. I used an egg instead of sour cream like the other rater suggested and I used hot garlic chili asian sauce instead of hot sauce. Also I didn't use coriander. I added one TBSP of dried parlsey

Garbanzo Bean Tomato Salad

Love this salad. Just added 1TBSP of balsamic vinegar in addition to the red wine vinegar. Also, i used a red onion as well. Served it with salmon

Wonderful Raspberry Walnut Dinner Salad

This salad is great! I substituted almonds for the sunflower seeds and it still was a great salad. I will add feta or chicken the next time. Yummy!!!
