Made this last night and it was great. Just like some of the other reviewers, I added some orange peppers. Next time I will add some yellow peppers also. My husband lived it and even my lucky daughter said it was good. The both liked it so much that I am going to have to make more for tonight as I had planned on having enough for leftovers. This time though, I think I will try it with brown rice. Great recipe and definitely a keeper!

Sweet Potato Chili
I added a yellow and orange pepper chopped and I used chicken broth (14.5 oz can) instead of water. When I added the black beans I put a can of refried beans in too. Absolutely delicious. I love sweet potatoes, but like some of the other reviewers, I was apprehensive about how they would go with chili. This is the only way I will make chili from now on. My husband doesn't even like sweet potatoes but he liked this.

Dark 'n' Stormy Cocktail
This was awful. I wasted my money buying the ingredients to make this. Only chose one star because I had to for this rating to go through.
