Spicy Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
Mmmmm so yummy. I was looking for something to do with a sweet potato and was delighted that I had all this stuff in my cupboard! I added Carrots and left out the corn and beans but otherwise followed it exactly. It was really good!!!

Crab Canapes

Mmm, I liked these a lot! Needed something to do with left over crab from sushi night. Used regular onions, lime juice, cheddar cheese and crescent roll dough because thats what I had and they turned out super yummy!

Crab Bisque

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
I really didn't like this soup. The tomato soup was very overpowering. I tried adding cayenne pepper to balance the sweetness, and some other herbs but there was no saving it. I couldn't even finish my bowl. It's in the fridge now, I'll give it another try because I hate wasting food, but I am not looking forward to finishing it :(

Authentic Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
Mmmmmmmm.......So yummy!! I followed the recipe for the most part and it was delicious! I only marinated the chicken for about 30 minutes and it was so good I started eating it before I added it to the sauce. Sorry about the bad photo, it smelled so good I started to eat before I remembered to photograph it.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2012
YUM! I added nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla extract like the others and used canola oil instead of butter. I also added walnuts. For 1/2 the muffins I put on the crumble right away, the other half I added it after 7 minutes baking and it mostly fell off and made a mess in the over. Definitely put it on right away! Mine was crispy and crumbly and Delicious! I also tried this same recipe with blended up apples and a banana and it was very yummy too.

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2013
Mmmm, these turned out very well! I also was worried that I would screw this up but they were very easy! I only made for 2 people so it didnt take too long, I cooked about 5 fries at a time because I only had a small pot. It would be hard to make these for a big family though.
