Juicy Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2005
This was very nice. I did it as a satay (long strips of chicken on skewers) and served it on a salad with fresh bean sprouts and crispy rice noodles. I also eliminated the chicken broth and did fresh ginger and fresh garlic. It was light, delicious and very flavorful.

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2005
We absolutely loved this. It was so fresh and delicious! I would double the spinach and tomatoe next time and thicken the broth with 2 Tbsp of cornstarch as another person suggested. It was a wonderful low fat meal. And only 6 points with weight watchers.:) I have no idea why anyone would think it is bland....

This was delicious!! As per the suggestions of others, I doubled the sauce ingredients. It was perfect! I can't imagine not doubling it, there was just the right amount of sauce to spoon over the cabbage roll when served!

Good, not great. I added 6 sliced mushrooms, deleted the sugar added 1 diced tomato, used shredded cheddar and added 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard. That made it a lot better!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2003
Wow!! I was pleasantly suprised by this recipe. I used 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar and added 1 can(drained)unmarinated artichoke hearts. From the smell I was afraid the flavor would be overwhelming. It was delightful.

Not bad, but not great. If I make this again, I will half the cream cheese, it was just way too cheesy for our taste

Bachelor's Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2003
This recipe was not bad. I would make it again but next time I will use diced tomatoes instead of the soup. It had too much of a canned taste, it is also incredibly thick. The tapioca would be the perfect thickener then. I also used fresh mushrooms.
