Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
Great recipe! The only change I made was to add about 2oz of cream cheese. Yes, it was super time consuming to do all of this, but for Father's Day, it was worth the trouble! I'll be making these again!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
These were super easy to make, but very time consuming. The chocolate step was the most time consuming part. I did mix the cookies and the cream cheese in my Ninja processor, made the balls, and then chilled in the fridge for an hour first. I sprinkled the chocolate dipped truffles with additional crushed cookies. Everyone at the party gobbled them up. I'll have to give the Nutter Butter ones a try!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
This was a lot better than I thought it would be! I did take the advice of others, and ommitted the salt. I only used half of the cayanne, as I don't like things too spicy. I doubled the sauce too. And, I served it all over jasmine rice.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
This was the easiest sauce I've ever made! I loved that it contained most things that people already have on hand. I did up the garlic too, to two cloves. I added dried basil (1 tsp) as well. I also added white sugar (1 tsp). It does freeze well. For wine, I used Chardonnay.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
I love this recipe. It's sooo fast and easy! I used half the amount of the turkey. I also used two cans of the white beans, and one can of the pinto beans. I used half the amount of cinnamon, and added a bit of chili flakes to it as well. YUMMO!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
These were really good cookies! Yes, they are very cake-like. I did add 1/2 tsp of ginger and nutmeg to the dry mix. I also baked them for 15 minutes at 365 degrees. I used a cookie scoop, so they were not flat at all. Oh, I also cut the cinnamon in half.

Chunky Tomato Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
Should just be called potato soup. I could barely taste the tomato at all.

I used frozen organic berries, and it turned out just great! Will use again, just as recipe calls!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
These are the best chocolate/chocolate chip cookies ever! I followed the recipe exactly as written, except that I used dark chocolate chips and no nuts. SOOOO GOOOD!!! I did find that my oven took longer than the 8 minutes though. It could be that I was using a scoop though, so the cookies were kind of ball like when I put them on the cookie sheet. I had them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
