Amish White Bread
I have never made bread before because it seemed intimidating to me. I tried this recipe (cut it in half - only have one bread pan) and now I feel like a bread-making pro! I used regular AP flour and it turned out PERFECT. Seriously perfect. It made my apartment smell wonderful. What a great introduction recipe for aspiring bread bakers!

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili
Made a few tweaks to the seasoning to taste. Other than that, a really great recipe that is flexible to your tastes. The first time I made this, it was for a chili cook-off between a (vegetarian) friend of mine. The judges (our friends) chose my chili as the winner! The consensus: It's so hearty you wouldn't know that there isn't any meat in it! Love this recipe. Have used it many times.

Best Ziti Ever with Sausage
YES! So yummy. Make it! Few changes I made: Add chopped onion, garlic and green pepper to the (hot italian) sausage when browning. Also used fresh basil in the sauce instead of dried. That's it. So freakin' good, I will definitely make this again - in place of boring old pasta and sauce.
