Simple Buttermilk Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2013
Just as described by Amy, this coffee cake is simple and wonderful. The recipe leaves room for individualization by each cook. I will try spices next time, cinnamon and nutmeg, and perhaps add fresh fruit as the season progresses. Very versatile!

Autumn's To-Die-For Apple Butter

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2011
I have made several batches of this wonderful, versatile topper and love the compliments. I use half the sugar and extra shakes of the spices. It's great for toast, PB sandwiches, gifts, ice cream, pork chops (adds a taste of fall), etc. Thanks for sharing, Terri!

Caramel Pretzel Nut Popcorn

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
Have already made several batches of this wonderful concoction for a take-home from a dessert buffet, and I'm making more as a snack for our annual cookie exchange. Easy to make and love not having to bake in the oven to set the caramel. Dumped my old recipe, this is the only one for me now! I cook for 5 min and it's perfect every time. Thanks for sharing!

New York Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2005
I baked this cake for the office and it was a huge hit - thank you Mary! I do not have a pan large enough to do a water bath so the top was brown, but the cake was so good, I didn't care. My oven tends to run hot, so I lowered the temp and checked for doneness at 35 and 40 minutes, thought I ended up using the entire 45 minutes. This is a great, rich cheesecake - slivers are all you can eat. Be prepared to WOW your family and friends!
