Light and Delicious Lasagna

This was so tasty! I didn't have oregano, so I left it out. I did use regular Parmesan cheese and mozerella. The flavor is quite good, and I feel like it's still healthy, even with the regular cheese...Would make again! Gave a piece to my mother and she really liked it too (very picky!)

Country Style Barbecued Chicken

I just made this and REALLY loved the flavor of the sauce. I never run out of ketchup, except today of course, so I had to use a little Honey French salad dressing to make up the difference, but i thought it was great. I was baking potatoes at the same time, so for the last 10 mins, i turned the oven up to 450 and I thought the sauce was fine-not too runny!

Hamburger Stew

I made this a few weeks ago, and am making again this weekend, tasted like a vegetable chili. I used Chili seasoning mix instead. I used ground turkey instead of beef and used a can of diced tomatoes instead of the soup. You can really add anything to it. Now that I think about it, I added a can of corn too...

Christmas Wreaths

I girl from work made these and they were great, but mine were a little hard...a little too crunchy. I think I used a little too many corn flakes. They're good though. And don't be stingy with the food coloring, otherwise they're just a pale green.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

This was really flavorful. I rubbed the onion soup mix on a 3lb turkey breast and put some pats of butter under the skin, then baked at 370 for about 2 hours. It was very moist, and the dirppings in the pan were great too just drizzled on top of each slice.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

This was great. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and light mayo-and it had a nice, rich consistency. Someone at work said it was the best artichoke dip they'd ever had!

Tortilla Rollups I

I've been making these for while and they're always a big hit. I add shredded cheddar cheese and a little garlic powder to taste. Don't use a mixer, you want it to have some texture.I go with a medium salsa since the cream cheese tones it down a bit. They don't look that appetizing, but once people taste them, they're addictive.
