I forgot what it was called, but I made this stuffed steak with spinach, and blue cheese in the middle. It was fantastic.
My cooking tragedies
I was making chili once, and I accidentally added ground clove instead of gound cumin. NOT YUMMY!!!

Dark Chocolate Cake I
Perfect! I heard that it turns out more moist when crisco is used. So I used 1 cup of butter flavored Crisco plus 6 Tbsp of water in place of butter. It turned out so moist and yummy! Also, I read comments that the cake stuck to the pan really bad. I made cupcakes with this recipe using the paper liners sprayed with cooking spray. They didn't stick at all. This made 36 regular sized cupcakes. I used the muffin pan of 12 count, and baked at 22 minutes.

Millionaire's Cake
Great cake! So yummy. I made this cake on a cold January day, and the cake made me feel like I was on a sunny, warm, beach somewhere. I changed the cake up by using pineapple cake mix instead of yellow cake mix. I also used coconut creme pudding mix instead of vanilla pudding mix. Also, the recipes calls for only half the cake batter to be used. I really agree with this. Don't use all the cake batter, because I think it would take away from the flavor of the cake. Soooo good! I can't stop eating it. I was going to take it to work to share with everyone, but I think this one is staying with me.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
WOW, Awesome! My hubby said he felt like he was eating at olive Garden :) I've made this 3 times, and it always turns out great. Really flavorful. I'm thinking I might use a small lemon next time. The lemon flavor could be turned down a notch. I also read a review about doubling the sauce. That's a GREAT idea for this recipe. Either way it's great. I am thinking about making this for my vegitarian friend. I'll just leave out the shrimp for her. You have to try this recipe!!!
