About this Cook
I love crafting. I own my own crafting business and I've started using my crafting creativity and using it in the kitchen with foods and flavors... I'm the fiance of a wonderful man and I am loving life right now!#YOLO
My favorite things to cook
Spaghetti, cheeseburgers, ham, pot roast, veggies, homemade pizza with my dad's crust recipe, and baking any type of sweets... I'm known for my chocolate chip cookies made from scratch! Yum!
My favorite family cooking traditions
We all cook something small together in the same kitchen for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I usually make fresh green bean casserole with cinnamon and clove... so delish!
My cooking triumphs
Learning how to cook in general. I had to learn in order to keep my husband fed. We just moved in together and eating out is too expensive and unhealthy. I wanted to learn because that's part of being a wife and hopefully mother soon!
My cooking tragedies
I once burnt my house down from leaving brownies in the oven for several hours unattended.... big big mistake... I completely forgot they were even in the oven and I went out with a bunch of friends for a gathering... oops!!!

Simple White Cake
I've made this cake recipe over and over again for friends and family. This recipe is extremely moist and delicious... even eating the batter raw is yummy... licking the bowl afterwards has always been my favorite. However, this simple white cake will be in my recipe box for years to come. You can also add to it as well if you wanted it to be chocolate, or have fresh fruit, you can add other flavors than vanilla such as butter, or peppermint if you're wanting a holiday cake, try adding nutmeg and a little clove or cinnamon... trust me, you can't go wrong with this cake right here! It's wonderful! Deff a 10 star recommendation!
