This bread is EXCELLENT! I followed the recipe except I used King Arthurs White Whole Wheat Flour instead of the reg. whole wheat. I'm planning on making a few more batches and freezing so I have enough for a month or so at a time. I like this bread just the way it is but I am also looking forward to trying it with a few variations.. Adding oats, flax, sunflower seeds that sort of thing. I was nervous about this recipe bc until now I had only made bread in the breadmachine... but it turned out WAY better than anything I've made previously. So this recipe is no doubt a keeper!
