Happy Roast Chicken

This came out amazing so juicy. I did use a thermometer to determine rather it was done. The cooking time was pretty close. Keep in mind cooking time are always going to vary somewhat because of different ovens. I made a mash of minced garlic and the butter and pushed it under the skin and rubbed the chicken with salt and pepper before the mustard. I did not have a lemon so I used a large vidalia onion. I also did not have white wine so I used red and it came our perfect.

Hawaiian-Style Burgers

My husband ate a burger like this at Red Robbin and he asked me to make it and he loves them, the teriyaki and pineapple are a really great flavor combo

Hearty Minestrone

fantastic! i used johnsonville sweet sausage as my family is not big on anything spicy and i added minced garlic. I used one can less broth and added water instead.

Clark's Quiche

I had to cook this longer then directed so that the center would come out done and this made the edge crust a bit dark but not inedible. I could have covered the crust to prevent this. I think this is a problem of my very old oven.

This comes together nicely but if I was to make it again I would find something to use besides the mustard as it was just to much mustard for my taste

Chicken Puffs

This turned out great. I did add mushrooms to the mix. When I unrolled the crescents they formed to rectangles and I just pinched the middles and made logs instead of little bundles. The gravy made the dough soggy and a couple people didn't really like that while others didn't think it detracted at all. I served this with a Cauliflower salad

This did not go over big with my family it was just to dry. I rated it a 4 because I'm sure its just a matter of preference. I had to add mayo before my family would eat this

Ice Cream Base

Fantastic base for just about any type of ice cream you would like to make. I followed anther reviewers advised and added marachino cherries. I did have a slight problem in that once I had added all that base, the additional liquid in the cherries overflowed and made a mess but that did not hurt the flavor at all.
