Hot Tamale Pie
My husband is mexican and he hated that this was called Tamale Pie, but he certainly did NOT complain after biting into the first bite! My family enjoyed this meal, asking me to keep it around to make again. We added some HOT Salsa, and it wasn't spicy enough, going to amp it up some more next time. Otherwise wonderful. I did not include the peppers and I used a Mixed Vegetable mix.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
I made this for my Mother's Birthday at the beginning of July, My Dad askes for it every single day sense, and I have to tell him no because I cook many other things. My whole family enjoyed this wonderful chicken, and I have sent it to half the people I know because it is so delicious. I did not include Parsley, because I had none, but everything else was the same. Excellent!
