Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2014
This was great! I followed it for the most part. I didn't use the celery salt or basil because I didn't have any. I also added breadcrumb to the mixture, which complimented nicely. My mixture came out like a paste (I didn't measure anything, just eye balled it!), but i think that was due to the breadcrumb. It had a very nice flavor, will definitely be making again. Plus, it was very easy and fast to make!!

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2014
This was so delicious and easy! I omitted the garlic salt because I didn't have any (plus I think it would have been to salty!). I did cook it in tin foil as others suggested, and would like to try the fresh ginger on top next time as well. My husband stated the meal was gourmet! I served it with spinach and couscous- Delish!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2013
This came out very good! I was surprised how easy it was to make! After reading through the comments, I modified it a little- but not a lot! I add about a cup of water to chicken/veggies while cooking and through in a chicken bullion cube and seasoned with chicken seasoning, garlic powder and cracked black pepper. (For Veggies, I used pea's corn, carrots, and potato). Then once that was done, I drained the liquid and kept that. I added the left over chicken broth to the butter/milk mixture instead of using a can of chicken broth. There was less broth from my mixture then what was required, so I only added between 4-6 TBLSP of flour. I then seasoned that again with some chicken seasoning, garlic powder and cracked black pepper. I cheated and used the Pillsbury pie crusts instead of making my own. I cooked the bottom crust for 5 minutes so it wouldn't absorb my liquid. A lot of people said it was dry- Mine wasn't at all. I think adding less broth and less flour really helps. Serve with some cranberry and enjoy!
