Crispy Corn and Rice Treats
I used to make this all the time when I was younger for sleep-overs, only we called it Puppy Chow (that's what it looks like!!). I couldn't remember the exact recipe, so I'm glad I found it. It's just as delicious now as it was then!! ONE QUICK TIP: put the popcorn in a large paper bag, and gradually pour the mixture in, and shake to coat. Makes it uniform, and less messy!!

Bread and Celery Stuffing
This was my first time not using a box stuffing, and I was thrilled with the outcome. I did cut up two french bread loaves into cubes, brushed them with butter, and baked them until they toasted, and it had just a hint of crunch. The taste was fabulous!! My only complaint is it didn't make very much, definitely not 10 servings, but maybe my family just takes bigger portions!! I'll double the recipe next time, because I will use this recipe every time I want to make stuffing!! Good-bye Stove-top!!

Smothered Pork Chops
All in all, a good meal!! I normaly hate pork chops, but my family loves them, so I decided to try this recipe. Since I live in Louisiana, I definitely had to season the pork chops with some cajun seasonings and added a little to the sauce. The sauce came out great, very creamy, and you couldn't really taste the pork chops (which I liked!!). Definitely try this if you need a quick dinner that doesn't taste quick.
