This recipe is AMAZING. I read many of the reviews before making it and followed the suggestions of others and used an extra 8oz block of cream cheese and about 3/4 of a can of pumpkin. For the spices, at first I used the amount the recipe calls for but it was a little bland and very pumpkiny so I added a little more of all the spices. I did not bake in a water bath so it did crack a lot while cooking (which took about an hour), but who cares it still tastes the same! My boyfriend and I were getting antsy to try it so we put it in the freezer for a couple hours to speed up the cooling process and it turned out so good! I also made a caramel sauce to drizzle on top (from food network titled "easy caramel sauce" - it's delish). My boyfriend took one bite and said, "This is f***ing amazing. I am speechless." WIN!
