Bigger chicken breasts definately work better. I really wanted to make this verbatim but didn't want to go to the store. I had breast filets, low fat cream cheese and cubed ham... Took a little more tweaking, but I pulled it off. I added a sprinkle of shredded cheddar to the cream cheese. (probably a big tablespoon worth of cheesy mixture to each chicken slice rolled with ham cubes in the middle. Then I pounded my chickens thinner. Otherwise I followed the recipe and did the salt and pepper thing, and bread crumbs. The sauce the first review listed was AWESOME!!! I can't wait to get normal sized chicken and try this recipe.
