I have made this recipe verbatum many times, and I LOVED it even though I found the original recipe to be the tiniest bit dry, even with changing meatball size/cooking time/ etc.
One user suggested substituting ricotta cheese for the skim milk and it makes SUCH a difference! It infuses the meatballs with a delightful cheesy flavor that accents the other cheeses and leaves them much more moist. Please try it! It adds a whole new dimension to an already 5 star recipe!
