Meatball Nirvana

I have made this recipe verbatum many times, and I LOVED it even though I found the original recipe to be the tiniest bit dry, even with changing meatball size/cooking time/ etc. One user suggested substituting ricotta cheese for the skim milk and it makes SUCH a difference! It infuses the meatballs with a delightful cheesy flavor that accents the other cheeses and leaves them much more moist. Please try it! It adds a whole new dimension to an already 5 star recipe!

Creamy Apple Cider Float

A quick note on making this: If you decide to use a different recipe for the spiced cider in the first step, do NOT add sugar to the cider. Between the natural sugar in the cider, and the sugar in the ice cream, it will be too much.
