Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

OH MY. FABULOUS. Marinated overnight and followed the recipe exactly except I microwaved the bell peppers for 2 minutes. Next time I'll make extra marinade to baste the kabobs with while cooking. Id give these 10 stars if I could.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Oh my....I've eaten alot of fish, alot of different ways and this was WONDERFUL. Followed the recipe to the letter and was not disappointed. I think the "sauce" would be good on just about any fish and if you left out the lemon juice would be a great topping for french bread.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

oh my this is amazing. I like others added a can of cream corn and 1 cup of diced ham that I had fried in with the onions and celery. I used whole milk. I only used half of the can of green chilies. It pleased my entire picky family.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I went into this recipe thinking it was going to be so-so. I was so wrong. It was fantastic. Amazing. Remind me next time to double, triple maybe even quadruple it. This is going to be my new go-to soup.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

I made this tonight for supper. When I make this again, I will double the cream cheese/Monterey Jack mixture and possibly add another cup of cream. That being said it was still fantastic I just like a creamier enchilada.

World's Best Lasagna

Okay really? World's "BEST" Lasagna? Brown some meat, open some cans, throw in some seasoning and it's supposed to be the "world's best." YES IT IS...I changed nothing. I've tried for 20 years to find a lasagna recipe that would wow the fam. FOUND IT. Make it, serve it, get rave reviews. The only thing I regret is not doubling or tripling it and freezing it for later.

Gingerbread Men

I can't say enough about this recipe. I've made it three times now and each time it's a HUGE hit. Usually gingerbread men look beautiful but the taste leave something to be desired. These are easy to make, easy to roll out, bake wonderfully, and taste incredible.

Chocolate Icing

Just found out you have to take a dessert somewhere in an hour. No problem, pop a box mix in the oven and make this icing. You'll get rave reviews!!! It does set up VERY fast, but if you don't cool your cake all the way, you have a little more time. I real keeper in my book!

Award Winning Chili

WOW. Made this for the family tonight and it was AWESOME. Everyone enjoyed it. I doubled the recipe and added an extra can of beans. I also added chicken broth as it was cooking. So glad I decided to double it so I can freeze some for later! Thanks Jennifer!!!!
