No seasoning at all on the chicken? *boggle* And the pico de gallo needs a bit of beefing up. I can't give this recipe high marks because of those. You have to do too much tweaking it to bring it up to a reasonable flavor level, but it does have possibilities if you do tweak it. I added garlic, green onion and a dash of vinegar to the Pico de Gallo which it really needed and used a marinade for the chicken of lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Also you can use corn tortillas to avoid gluten.
