Cheese Sauce

If zero stars were possible, it would apply here. I was looking for an alternative to Velveeta. This was simply cheese favored milk. Don't bother.

Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

4 out of 5 stars because the dough was very, very sticky. Had to add tons more flour, but despite that-they tasted great! (still no floury taste at all!) Great fast recipe. Lots of dishes to do, though. :( Thanks for a keeper! *-V.

Chocolate Eclair Cake

This is a wonderful recipe! It truly tastes just like an eclair! I also used more graham crackers than recommended, and suggest leaving in refrigerator at least 12 hours to allow graham crackers to soften. This was more popular on Thanksgiving than mother's tried-and-true cheesecake! A new family favorite! Thanks!!!

Cinnamon Sugar Cookies

I am sitting here munching these cookies as I type this! :) They are wonderful! I did *not* add extra flour either, and the dough is very, *very* soft--flour your hands before you try to roll the dough. And don't underestimate 1/4 inch--my cookies were too thin and flat-but totally my fault! Great recipe!
