I will make these again! Like the others I made more sauce, mixed some salsa in with the sauce that went over the top and added a little chili powder for extra zip. I used white corn tortillas (spray a pan then heat a few seconds on either side to soften so they roll up easy). I think this really made them yummy. White corn tortillas are small - like if you unfolded a taco, maybe others had problems with too little filling because they used a larger size? I made double the filling but wont next time because I ended up with a dozen of them. They were just as good the second day though!
