This recipe was awesome!!! I altered it a lot I didn't use the corn syrup, dried onion flakes, parsley or the mushrooms. What I did was season my chicken breast like normal (steak seasoning) and let it marinade in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then I cooked my chicken breast on the George Forman grill. I cooked my bacon separately. After the chicken and bacon was done. I poured the honey mustard sauce on top of the chicken breast, placed the bacon slices on top of that then topped it with Colby-Monterey Jack cheese and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes (until the cheese melted). It was awesome and quick. My kids used the left over honey mustard sauce the next day with their chicken tenders. I served this meal with corn on the cob and broccoli.
