Nat's Shrimp and Veggie Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2011
This was an awesome recipe. I have made it several times now and you can just about add and subtract anything you want. The first time I omitted the tomatoes and mushrooms. I didn’t have grated Parmesan cheese so I used shredded parmesan cheese. I also added chopped green onions. I have made these with chopped chicken 2. They turn out great with whatever you add to them. My kids luv these!!!!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
This was my first time making stuffed cabbage rolls. They turned out awesome. Everyone enjoyed them!!! I did alter it a bit. I used ground turkey instead. I am not the best at making regular rice so I used the brown rice in the bag. I also used Ragu sautéed onion and garlic sauce and spruced it up a little bit and added basil and a little sugar to the sauce (to take away the tart flavor). It turned out delicious!!!!!

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
This recipe was awesome!!! I altered it a lot I didn't use the corn syrup, dried onion flakes, parsley or the mushrooms. What I did was season my chicken breast like normal (steak seasoning) and let it marinade in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then I cooked my chicken breast on the George Forman grill. I cooked my bacon separately. After the chicken and bacon was done. I poured the honey mustard sauce on top of the chicken breast, placed the bacon slices on top of that then topped it with Colby-Monterey Jack cheese and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes (until the cheese melted). It was awesome and quick. My kids used the left over honey mustard sauce the next day with their chicken tenders. I served this meal with corn on the cob and broccoli.

Corn and Zucchini Melody

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2009
I love this recipe. I have made it several times and several different ways. You can add anything to this. I have added diced potatoes, eckrich polish/kelbasa sausage (chopped up). I have also made this into a main dish or you can even serve it over mashed potatoes. Wonderful dish and very kid friendly. My kids love it just cause it has bacon and cheese in it. They forget about the veggies.

This recipe was very good, but not much taste. The only thing I did different was add about 1/2 pack of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix for flavor and taste. To top it off I used Frito Lay Frito Scoops to eat with it. Very good for parties. I also used Hormel real bacon bits (about one cup).

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2004
These sweet and sour meatballs are absolutley great. The sweet and sour sauce is great on chicken wings also. I have made this recipe at least a billion times now and it's a hit with everyone. Absolutley great!!!!!! Believe me you will love this recipe and it's simple. Sometimes instead of making my own meatballs. I just buy the already made meatballs (like Armour meatballs). You just have to put the meatballs in the oven for 30-40 minutes (frozen). Make the sauce while you wait for the meatballs. Then just put the meatballs in the sauce. This is also great with mashed potates. Just sit the meatballs right on top of the mashed potatoes and it'll give your mashed potatoes a great taste.

Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2003
This was a very good recipe. My kids, husband and mother loved it. I didn't add as much flour as the recipe asked for and I used salt and pepper to taste. Next time I will make sure my potatoes are more mashed up than in chunks I would like it a little thinner. Other than that it was very tasteful and delicious , very good for the cold wheather in Michigan. I also used hormel bacon bits (taste the same as bacon on the stove).

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2003
This recipe was very good. But, its too much stuffing left over. I used 6 chicken breast, next time I will either use more chicken breast or cut the ingredients. Don't put the cheese on the top at the beginning (it will burn) until 2-4 minutes before it's time for the chicken breast to come out of the oven. Other than that A very good family meal. Taste real good if served with Texas Toast.
