Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Great Recipe!!! But, I broiled the Tilapia instead of baking it. The tastes and flavors were excellent. I placed two nice size filets on aluminum foil and put under the brolier for 6 minutes each side. The result was flaky and tasty. I doctored the ingredients and used EVOO instead of butter. I also used more lemon juice. I used 6 garlic cloves, sauteed in 1 tablespoon of EVOO and poured over fish. I marinated the fish in the lemon juice for 2hrs in the refrigerator. I put parsley, garlic powder, black pepper and tony's crackers cajun seasoning on top (not too much). Lastly I put the sauteed garlic and remaining EVOO on top and marinated it. I c/n imagine how it would taste baked, so I broiled it. Definitely a winner!!!
