This was really, really good. I am giving it 4 stars just because I did change it up a bit. I used rigatoni. I also used Turkey Bolognese that is an excellent recipe from Rachael Ray's daytime TV show, I think honestley, that was the key as to why it was so tasty I love that sauce!!!I make a big batch and freeze some. I used low fat everything. I mixed about a cup of light sour cream with a heaping 1/2 cup of ricotta. I had some prepared pesto from another recipe and I hate for anything to go to waste so I mixed that with the sour cream and ricotta along with a handful or grated parmesan. I also mixed the sauce with the noodles verses pouring it over as a layer. On top I added reduced fat Sargento 4 italian cheese and also added grated parmesan. This makes a lot but a great meal to carry over for a couple of days. This was really good.
