Best Bread Machine Bread

I tried this recipe as is the first time around because i am a firm believer in trying the recipe before making any modifications. It was really good but too dense for my taste. My second time around here is what i modified; i subbed the sugar for honey, the oil for clarified butter and increased the salt to 1 1/2 tsp. it was amazing! Great taste, not too dense or too airy. I am only giving this 4 stars because of the modifications. The taste was excellent both times.

Clark's Quiche

This was by far the best quiche i have ever had or made! I did not cook the spinach first. I just drained it and followed the rest of the recipe. It turned out great.

Heavenly White Cake

This recipe was really good. I also added an extra half cup of milk and my cupcakes turned out great. I also did a chocolate variation. I added 1/3 cup of cocoa and omitted the almond extract. I probably should have added just a bit more milk but they were still good and not overly sweet. I tried one without icing and was worried that they would not be sweet enough but once i added chocolate buttercream they were just sweet enough. Good recipe. I will definitely use this again and again.

Baked Potato Skins

These were great! I did 6 potatoes so I doubled the spice rub and almost didn't have enough. The spice rub is the key to the recipe. I did like other reviewers & brushed the skin side with the spices and baked then flipped and brushed the potato side & baked. This gave them a nice crispy flavorful texture. I will definitely make these again!
