Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
I love that this recipe is a from scratch version instead of using canned soup. I have made this twice & modified it slightly both times. I sauteed a red pepper with my onion & garlic. I also used the pea/carrot mixture instead of just peas. To the roux I also add a few splashes of hot sauce and 1 tsp. of thyme. I also put the cheese under the breadcrumbs so that they stay crunchy. I used panko breadcrumbs. Delicious!

Rick's Key West Pink Coleslaw Dressing
This is a good alternative to regular slaw dressing & very easy to make. I use it on broccoli slaw that I put onto fish or shrimp tacos. The extra little zing from the Catalina dressing is perfect.

Best Bread Machine Bread
I tried this recipe as is the first time around because i am a firm believer in trying the recipe before making any modifications. It was really good but too dense for my taste. My second time around here is what i modified; i subbed the sugar for honey, the oil for clarified butter and increased the salt to 1 1/2 tsp. it was amazing! Great taste, not too dense or too airy. I am only giving this 4 stars because of the modifications. The taste was excellent both times.
