Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2009
very easy to prepare and quite tasty! Even my picky 6yr old that said she didn't like it before she tried it asked for thirds!

Scalloped Potatoes and Hamburger

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2009
I thought this was really quite good. I only did a couple of things different. I used healthy request cream of mushroom soup, and I used sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. I also added minced garlic to the hamburger while it was browning, and I also cooked the onion with the hamburger. All but one kid liked it, and I can't ever get her to eat anything. This will probably be replacing tator tot casserole on our dinner rotation. Thanks for submitting!

Angel's Yummy Bruschetta

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2009
I made this just as it's written. And it was great. Next time I will use fresh herbs, just because I prefer them over dried. Thank you for the recipe!

Leftover Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
This was very good, it was a wonderful way to use up those left overs. I always take any leftover veggies and put them in a freezer bag in the freezer and use them for soups, and now I have another use for them. Thank you for submitting this recipe!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2008
This wasn't a horrible recipe, but it definetly wasn't the best banana bread I've had. I didn't alter it much, just added some walnuts, it definetly needs more spice, and maybe less flour??

Chicken Stuff

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2004
Very simple and no matter how low I am on groceries I almost always have what I need to make this. The only thing I do different is cut the butter in half.

Easy Beef Strogonoff

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2004
This was not very good. I cut the sourcream as suggested and added more spices and the only thing I could taste was sourcream. My husband was the only one that liked it and he is like a human garbage disposal--he'll eat anything, I will not make this again

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2004
Based on the reviews I thought that I would really love this recipe. I love rich, creamy sauces and shrimp. I really wasn't that impressed. It was good, but I've had better. Needs more garlic and salt.

Awesome Roast Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2004
This roast tasted great. The gravy I made with the juices was wonderful too. The only problem that I had with it was it was very dry. Next time I will make this with a better cut of beef.

Velveeta® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2004
I was really hoping that we would like this recipe better than we did. Despite all of the reviews I didn't cut the cheese down because we all love cheese so much. The only thing that we could taste was the cheese, and it was really thick. I may try this again, but I will be sure to use less cheese.

This is very similar to the way I used to make my hamburgers. The key word there are used to. These were even better.
