This is delicious and pretty healthy!! I used granny smith, and the 2nd time I added some chopped sour dill pickle which made it even tastier!

Marshmallow Treats

Try adding a teaspoon or more of cinnamon for a change - very tasty. Also sprinkle and little extra cinnamon/sugar mix on top while they are cooling.

Banana Oatmeal Crumb Cake

My family all loved this recipe!! I cut the 1st sugar down to 1/2 cup and cut the topping in half on the second batch. Still just as good.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Quick, easy & delicious! I added a little chopped jalapeno pepper for zing and a can tomato soup w/ 1 can water only because I didn't have enough tomato sauce. Also used black beans. This is a keeper!

Ham and Creamy Potato Scallops

This was easy and very good! I added 1/4 tsp of Tony Chachere's.I was out of mayo - didn't substitute anything. Also, I just threw it all together in one dish - melted butter, added flour, stirred in cold cheeze whiz & other ingredients and cooked at 425(I was in a hurry!) for 20 min., added potatoes, cooked for 10 more minutes & served.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Pretty Good! I added some shrimp sauted in butter & hot sauce, reduced the cream to 1 c. as some suggested, added 1/2 c. chicken broth & thickened w/corn starch. Also added 1/4 cup Cajun Sunshine (my favorite milder hot sauce) before serving.

Apple Butter I

This is excellent! Cut the sugar back by 1 cup & subbed nutmeg for cloves (cuz i was out). Just hoping the neighbor's apple tree has enough for 1 more batch! My children ate it warm in a bowl straight out of the crockpot.

Strawberry Oat Muffins
