Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2015
it is a good base recipe for me to use up stuff I have on had that needs to get eaten. I didn't use any sour cream and the soups I used were cream of onion and cheddar broccoli for the chicken I used a rotisserie one I got from Walmart the seasoning I used 1/4 tsp of poultry seasoning, 1/4 tsp of celery seeds then I topped with panko crumbs and some shredded cheese. It was kinda bland so next time I am going to use more cheese and add some peppers I like the taste of the egg noodles.

Tater Tot Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2015
k, so I have made this several times and is is really good each time. I use ground turkey, no ketchup or Worcestershire sauce, a tsp of liquid smoke, 8 oz bag of mixed frozen vegetables, and some about 1/3 cup of almond milk to loosen up the soup. Added 1/3 tsp of celery seed seasoning, black pepper to taste and sprinkled cheddar cheese on top prior to going in the oven.I know this seems like a lot of alterations but you have to modify according to you and others that are eating it.Thanks for the recipe my picky 13 year old likes this.

Healthy Turkey Loaf

I made this and it was really easy and good.Left out the bell peppers because my family does not eat them, added garlic and oregano. My daughter liked it with ketchup, but it was fine to me without.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: May 31, 2014
This was good, I added some minced garlic, onions and 1/4 tsp of poultry seasoning with chicken legs I used (pulled the skin off them). They were so tender after 4 hours I shredded the meat of the bones and let it sit in the slow cooker until we were ready to eat.Adding to recipe box so I can make regularly...especially when I am in a quick and effortless dinner:)

One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2014
This was good and easy I used triple the cheese because my family loves cheese, cooked the rice on the stove top in chicken broth, 2% milk in place of water, can of cream of chicken soup, seasoned chicken with lemon pepper then grilled and cut into cubes, 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 16 oz frozen vegetables mixed with all ingredients together baked at 375 for an hour. Great base recipe to tweak however you like. Thanks will make again.

for my first try at baking cookies these rocked will be my foundation recipe, they are very simple to make. Did not change recipe at all, did split dough and added semi sweet chocolate chips to one half those were the best.

Cajun Baked Catfish

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2014
this was good and it was spicy (which I like). Per other reviewers I used 1/2 tsp of thyme, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tbs olive oil, 1/4 tsp of lemon pepper and added 1 tbs of Italian dressing (got idea from Barlow's Blackened Catfish recipe off this site). Will make again. My daughter said it was good and I think it is a great alternative to frying catfish, which I love. Thanks for sharing, I am really becoming good in the kitchen thanks to allrecipe:)

Turkey Tenderloins

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2014
This was so simple and it was great!! I used a lite soy sauce because I have high blood pressure and it is less sodium also used 2 tsp of salt free herb seasoning by mccormick with the tsp dijon mustard and 2 tsp of rosemary garlic seasoning because that is what I had in my kitchen. Marinated for 5 and 1/2 hours in fridge. Baked in the oven at 350 wrapped in foil for 45 mins and so tender OMG!!!
