World's Best Lasagna
This is basically the same recipe I got from my 80 yr old Italian neighbour 45years ago lol. I add little tiny meatballs, salami, and sliced hard boiled egg to each layer as well. I buy all my ingredients at an Italian store and use fresh basil and oregano. I also do not pre-cook the noodles and assemble the night before. The owner of a popular Italian restaurant in town challenged me to beat his lasagna - I did!!!! He was blown away by how good this was and his Italian grandma told him that mine was proper old country lasagna from Northern Italy.

Garden Tomato Salsa
I don't use oil or vinegar; just juice of one lime or more to taste.

Baked Salmon II
No need to marinate. Place salmon fillets on parchment paper on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with purchased salmon seasoning, or lemon juice, dill and paprika. Bake in 400F oven for approximately 10 mins. Do not overcook -it gets dry and strong tasting.
