I didn't have a spring form pan so I improvised and used cupcake tins, they're not the typical size - slightly smaller but not as small as a mini muffin tin would be. Anywho, I also didn't have a crust, so I used store brand cinnamon graham crackers (that I pulverized with a crude little 'underside of a small flat bowl' trick :D ) mixed with butter - lined the bottom of the cups with that and proceeded with the recipe. They came out AMAZING. I brought a tray to work with a can of whipped cream and a bottle of chocolate syrup - they were all gone by lunch time! I will ABSOLUTELY be using this recipe again. It was simple, creative and looked like it took far more effort and much longer than it did in reality. Work smarter, not harder! My kinda recipe!
