To Die For Blueberry Muffins
true to it's name these are lovely.I made the following changes, used melted butter instead of oil.I like the rich taste of butter.Used cake flour and used brown sugar for the topping.I think the topping gives the extra sugar since the batter is not that sweet.So it's up to you to increase the sugar or not, it's your personnel preference.But I would if I'm not using a topping.I used a lot of blueberries...more than a cup. Normally I don't stick to recipes but this one I did.(follow the instructions) I wanted to add this note to every one who reads the reviews....Fold in the dry and wet ingredients very gently do not over mix. These are muffins over-mixing makes them dense. I'm going to stick to this one from now on. Hats off to Colleen.

These are great I just added extra sugar.They were gone as soon as they were done.I had to make another batch the following day. My kids just love it.
