Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Three stars is generous for how my husband and I felt about this recipe. The pork chops I used were center cut and about 1/2" thick. Even though only cooked for half an hour, they were tough and dry and we didn't think the sauce was anything special either.

Szechwan Shrimp
I made this tonight and thought it was just okay, not great. I used raw shrimp, which I think is the way to go because they were tender and juicy. The sauce tasted like it needed something else added, and I think next time I'll add some orange marmalade. My husband agreed that might be a good addition. The shrimp, which I served over rice, was good enough to try this again since it's such an easy recipe.

Shrimp Francesca
Followed the recipe exactly except added some capers and loved the result! It was tasty, shrimp were perfectly cooked, served it with buttered vermicelli as suggested, and garlic bread and salad. Perfect meal with raves all around from my husband and our guest. Would definitely recommend this and will certainly make it often. Highly recommend it.
