YUM! I made this recipe and followed it exactly. It turned out very good! I agree with other reviewers, only HALF of the breadcrumbs are necessary. Since making it the first time I have made a few changes that I prefer...I use plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream (no difference in taste, at least my husband and I can't tell), lo-fat everything, added about 1/4 cup of milk, and I ditched the breadcrumbs entirely. I do like to sprinkle a few tbsp of panko bread crumbs on top. I'm pregnant and can't get enough of this recipe! I have a double batch cooking in the oven right now. We'll see if there is any left over for hubby and the kids. ;)
