Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I just made this today and it was WONDERFUL! I was always intimidated to use a crock pot but I am so glad I did. I read the reviews and this is what I changed: I added 2 whole garlic cloves and peeled, cubed russet potatoes (these are known to soak up the sodium, and it did). And as per some reviewers I whisked the dry ingredients with 1 cup hot water. I also made this on high for 4 hours. I will definately make this again and maybe try cooking it for 8 hours just see if there is a difference. I don't think it was too salty as some people said. Thank you Keylimeone for this recipe; I feel so impowered to make more meals!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

This recipe was delicious and super easy. Next time I will take the advice of others and double up on the cream sauce; it just was not enough to cover the whole thing. It was even better the next day for lunch!
