Easy Vodka Sauce

This was DELICIOUS! I followed other reviewers' recommendations of using less butter and adding garlic, Italian seasoning and some sugar. It came out beautiful and I couldn't stop eating it!

Neptune's Favorite Crab Bisque

Everything tasted fine until I added the wine. I only added less than 1 cup but it still was too strong...one of my guests took one sip and didn't want any more. I had to force myself to finish my half bowl. This recipe should be changed to add only 1/2 cup of wine.

Raspberry Vinegar Chicken Breasts

The flavor wasn't as strong as I would've liked. The leftovers actually tasted butter, because the chicken had more time to absorb the flavor of the sauce. I'd suggest somehow marinating this in something, even if it's not that sauce.

I liked the flavors, the ease and the fact that the pasta sauce wasn't too rich. However, the consistency of mine was too thick--next time, I'll follow some of the other reviewers' suggestions and use cornstarch instead.

Curried Carrot Soup

Although the puree consistency made me feel like I was eating baby food, I loved the flavor and the simplicity of the recipe. I would suggest adding maybe twice the recommended amount of curry, since it seemed a little weak without it.

The three people I made this for all LOVED this dish! It was easy, quick and tasted like I had put in a whole lot more effort than I did. I would only suggest adding some pepper to the egg mix to flavor it up some more.

Apricot Chicken III

This was a FANTASTIC dish! Three generations of my family loved it. I, too, used about half of the onion mix and marinated the chicken for about 10 hours. Make sure to save the sauce--it tastes wonderful over some plain rice.
