Beautiful! Will turn out just perfect if you follow the directions to a T! From reading the reviews, my biggest thing I took away, was to make sure to beat the egg whites long enough....no less!

Turkey in a Smoker

This was by far the best turkey I have EVER eaten in my life! I'm not sure I could ever bake another turkey. Even after 10 hours of smoking, the juices poured out of the bird!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

The reviews are right, these fries are crispy. However, the texture for me was more like "battered" french fries. We fried them and kept them in the oven because we were also deep frying halibut and from the reviews, it sounded like these were going to take a long time. That was in our favor because they got even crispier at 200 degrees for 20-30 mintues. They were not bad by any means, just wasn't the texture I was going for tonight.

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana

This soup was very flavorful. I wasn't sure my husband was going to like it because of the kale. He said he really enjoyed it. The only change I would make would be to thicken it with a little cornstarch or flour.

Salmon and Pesto with Rice

Excellent flavor in my opinion. I substituted chicken broth for fish broth and white wine. It was a little on the "wet" side. Next time I'll use a little less liquid. We used silver salmon we caught last summer and the entire family really enjoyed it!

Dip For The Stars

This dip is the best! My boss made it and brought it to a work potluck. She mistakenly put 3 cloves of garlic instead of 2 and it was awesome!!!!

Greeked Zucchini

One of the best zuchinni dishes ever! I didn't have a Greek viniagrette dressing and used a sun dried tomato one instead and it was fabulous! My kids even like this. Excellent balance of flavors.

A Very Popular BBQ Sauce

This is probably the best BBQ sauce ever! I always have it on hand in my fridge. I add a little liquid smoke for a little more flavor. Great on anything!!

Cranberry Fudge

I live in Alaska and pick all my own wild cranberries. This is an excellent recipe for your leftover berries and if you aren't a huge chocolate fan but like a bit of 'tart' in your sweets. I took it to work for Christmas goodies and it was a huge hit! Next time I will make it in the disposable tin pans (this was my first attempt at fudge). It was tricky trying to get the fudge out of the pan. A highly recommended recipe!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
