Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
These are delicious. Didn't change a thing. Was a little unsure of the texture of the oats at first but it's important to resist the urge to eat these right away. Wait until they're completely cool and they are just perfect. Baked for 11 minutes on insulated cookie sheets in a gas-powered convection oven. I now have no need for any other peanut butter cookie recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were very good, exactly what I look for in a chocolate chip cookie. True to the recipe's claim they were soft in the middle and slightly crisp on the edges. They stayed soft stored in an air-tight container. Followed the recipe exactly, baked on insulated cookie sheets in a convection oven. Definitely remove them when they're just beginning to show color, you will think they're underdone but they'll be perfect after resting for a few minutes.

Slow-Cooker Lasagna
I was skeptical about this but it actually turned out pretty well, my family enjoyed it and said they'd eat it again (I am a vegetarian so I did not try it). It was not watery/liquidy after cooking on low for 5 hours and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I used regular noodles, not oven-ready. The only thing I did differently was add a bit of pepper and Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture.
