Quick Spaghetti Sauce

Very nice sauce but I did add fresh tomatoes and an extra can of tomato paste. I used the recipe for meatball nirvana and it was very tasty

Scallops with White Wine Sauce II

Amazing recipe but I did make a few changes. I added capers to the sauce and added less lemon because I ran out. I also sautéed the scallops since I was using my oven for the stuffed mushrooms I made from this site. I made this for a NYE dinner, and my boyfriend said it was his favorite dish I've made yet. Thanks for another amazing recipe

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

I used yellow onion instead of green onion and sautéed it with fresh garlic, omitted the dill, used asiago cheese and lobster cause that's what I had on hand. I recommend spooning the white wine over the mushrooms halfway during the baking time. I spooned it over at the end because they needed some moistness and it really brought it together. Yum!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Garlic Chicken

Delicious and incredibly easy to make. I did pound my chicken out and then let it marinate for a few hours in the garlic oil prior to baking. I also seasoned the bread crumb mixture (I used Panko) with salt, pepper, and cayenne prior to coating the chicken. It was so moist and flavorful. I will definitely make this again

The Best Meatballs

Fabulous meatballs. I didn't have veal, so i used pork and beef only. I made homemade spaghetti sauce with a recipe from this site as well and served up the best spaghetti and meatballs ever.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This chicken is super tasty and so moist. I doubled the spices and rolled pats of butter in it prior to placing them under the skin for extra flavor as another reviewer suggested. I stuffed the cavity with 2 cloves of garlic and half an onion and then roasted at 425 for 20 minutes and lowered to 300 for a total of 3 hours basting it every 20 minutes My boyfriend and I both love this, and I will definitely be making this again soon.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

I was really surprised by how tasty this dish was. I make asparagus all the time, and I'll certainly be keeping this recipe in rotation. I doubled the sauce after reading other reviews, but I don't think it needs all the extra sauce because the flavor stands out without it.
