Good easy recipe, the only thing I changed was the water to chicken broth. Turned out good. Will make again.

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2014
I have used both fresh and frozen rhubarb in this recipe and both have turned out great. The filling does tend to be a little soupy, so I just make sure I drain the rhubarb and strawberry juiced before letting them set in the flour mixture. Make sure you seal the edges of the crust together tightly because they will leak while baking. I just put mine on a tin foil lined cookie sheet in the oven to prevent any spilling. I find the tartness of the rhubarb great. They also freeze nicely. Thank you

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2014
I have to admit I was sceptical about making this bread. I followed the instructions and to my surprise it came out perfect!!! It rose perfectly, the crust was perfect and very moist middle. I used the "medium" level for the crust on my bread maker. Defiantly the best bread I have made with my bread machine. And sooo easy! I used regular all purpose flour didn't have bread flour still turned out amazing. Thank you for sharing.

Very good! I took the suggestion of adding 1/4 tapioca instead of 2.5 tablespoons and it ca,e out great. Not runny at all! Set up beautifully. I made two, ate one and froze one for later. Great recipe thanks!

Refrigerator Dill Pickles

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
These are great! At first taste they pucker ur mouth, but after the second bite I couldn't stop eating them. I added a few extra garlic cloves and dill, but didn't change anything else. This was my first try at refridgerator pickles and I will continue to use this recipe. Thank you!

Very good! I followed a few of the suggestions. Added some onions and garlic power to the chicken. All I had was broccoli cheddar soup, worked great ! I added a few scoops of sour cream also. There are many possibilities with this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2013
I followed the recipe exactly, and mine came out like a chocolate cake, but a wonderful chocolate cake!! My husband and son had no clue there was zucchini even in it. My zucchini was really watery when I shredded it, and I may have baked it to long, that could have made it more cake like. But it really didn't matter to us, the taste was great!
