Peanut Sauce I

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
Delicious! This was my first attempt at peanut sauce and I think it was a success. I'm not a huge fan of the molasses flavor so next time I will try brown sugar instead. I did use soy sauce instead of tamari and I halved the vinegar due to other reviews. Next time I will also add a bit of ginger.

Simple Scones

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2012
Delicious and easy! You definitely DO NOT need all of the egg/milk mixture, just add until dough is a good consistency to knead. Also, I slit the dough in half and made a total of 16 wedges. If you only make 8 they are huge wedges!

Best Ever Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2013
Absolutely delicious! I made these exactly as written except added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 cup of halved, frozen cranberries. They rose beautifully and they are nice and moist and delicious! This is my new go to muffin recipe!

Master Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2013
Absolutely delicious! I add a bit of Italian seasoning in with the flour and it gives it an extra pop of flavor. The first time I used this recipe the dough was still pretty doughy and the toppings were really done so now I bake the crust for 10 minutes and then add the toppings and continue baking.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
Delicious muffins. The only change I made was to add about 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to the batter (we really like cinnamon in my family). I heaped on the crumb topping and still had a bunch left over so next time I will make half the amount of topping. I had 9 muffins instead of 8. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I agree with some other reviewers that the taste of the muffin is very dependent on the topping and not the muffin itself. These are very tasty but won't be my go to blueberry muffin recipe.
