I just made these tonight. The flavor is spot on for shortbread. Delicious!! The only problem I found and the reason I gave the recipe 4 instead of 5 stars is it only took 10 minutes in the oven, not 20-25 min. and I burnt the first batch:( After the first batch they turned out great!! Thanks for the recipe. Will be using it every year:)

Bat Wings

These are delicious! The first time I made these I made them exactly as the recipe says. They were a little bland so the next time I made them I upped the garlic and added onion powder. They were very flavorful. I make them every year for our annual halloween party, my daughters insist:)

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Just made a batch of these. Soooo delicious!! I didn't have yogurt so I used sour cream and I had more bananas that needed to used so it was more than a cup of mashed bananas otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Very Good recipe! Thank you:)

Apple Shortbread Pie

This was easy and tasted good but there was too much crust. The top crust was done but the bottom was still not cooked. I will be making this again but I will use less crust on the bottom and I will try with Granny smith apples. I think I will try like another reviewer said and bake the bottom crust and then add the apples and top crust.

Irish Soda Bread

I've never tasted Irish soda bread before but this was delicious. The caraway seed (which i have never used before) was a nice contrast to the sugar and raisins. I made it to take to my neighbors and they loved it. The only change I made was I used 2 cups of raisins instead of 3 because it was all I had. It was even beautiful to look at. I will definitely be making this again.

Bacon Broccoli & Raisin Salad

This is a delicious recipe. I made it for a church luncheon so I doubled it. I didn't put as many raisins as it called for and used Marie's Cole Slaw dressing. I didn't do this but it might be nice with some fancy shredded cheddar cheese in it. This will be the recipe I make for all pot lucks and parties from now on.

Garlic Chicken with Potatoes

I gave it a 5 but only if you cut back on the seasoning. The skin on the chicken was way too salty. Luckily, we could peel that off and the meat wasn't too salty. Other than that, this recipe is great. The potatoes were outstanding.

Chicken Pot Pie I

This chicken pot pie was delicious! I was worried it was too good to be true because the recipe is so simple. My three daughters loved it and they usually don't like anything with veggies in it.
